What is CRM?

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a way of thinking which focuses on the client and his relationship with the company. This relationship allows a better insight into client characteristics, needs and behaviour. With the aid of database management and database marketing techniques, client contact strategies are developed. These aim to induce existing clients to spend more and more often, and to attract new clients, at a reasonable cost. In addition, CRM is used to optimise the service level, as well as the perception of this level by the individual client.
