Thomas Faith (Philadelphia – USA, 1958) is the TLC group’s senior consultant for pricing strategy, CRM, multi-channel distribution, e-commerce, direct marketing and database marketing. After obtaining his Ph.D. in economy at Krannert Business School, Purdue University, Indiana, U.S.A., Thomas taught economy and strategy at several American and Dutch universities. As a scientist, he carried out fundamental research into the relation between pricing strategy and capacity investments, strategic decision coordination, and deregulation. After Thomas decided to pursue a career in trade and industry in 1996, he has been involved in all aspects of database marketing and direct marketing. For instance, Thomas set up the entire direct marketing strategy, infrastructure and operation for several companies, including Digital Equipment, RVS Insurance and Center Parcs Europe. Thomas’s holistic approach combines his expertise in direct marketing, database marketing, CRM software and statistics. This method has yielded excellent results. A well-known bungalow park chain realised a 300% ROI on the implementation costs of database marketing and a 30% increase in turnover in direct sales under Thomas’s guidance. Moreover, good use was made of Thomas’s expertise in planning, implementation and development of complex commercial IT systems, such as CRM, client databases and data mining.
Thomas also has several participations in online enterprises.
Thomas advises on database management and marketing (CRM), on e-commerce, and on technological implementation with respect to CRM and e-commerce solutions.
