Jurcell Virginia (Curacao, North America, 1971), Senior Consultant of the TLC Group studied econometrics at Tilburg University. After graduating, he worked in the Investment Banking division of ABN AMRO bank for eight years. When he left, he was Vice-President ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Before Jurcell founded AIC BV (www.aic-international.com), he was an independent consultant, specialised in institutional private equity and hedge fund investments for three years. AIC BV is an investment company, which offers participations (AIC Capital), investment advice and capital-raising activities to entrepreneurs. AIC Capital has a number of participations in the leisure/entertainment sector, such as Asilia (safari lodge in Tanzania and Kenya), LaFvnk (music label) and Voosh (multimedia services entertainment industry).

 In addition to being a partner in AIC BV, Jurcell is Managing Director of the Dutch activities of the EIM Group, a Swiss leader in the hedge fund industry. Jurcell is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Papiamentu.
