Jacco Klip (The Netherlands- 1968) is a very experienced General Manager of hotels and a Food & Beverage expert. Jacco has managed 4 (pre & post) hotel openings, multiple hotel renovations over 60 F&B openings of which 6 in self- ownership and various service industry openings. Jacco worked as hotel Manager in several operational Management roles for Hilton International (Glasgow, United Arab Emirates, Amman, Osaka) and Gran Melia (Jakarta). As Executive Manager of the Honk Kong Jockey Club he was responsible for 80 restaurant boxes, catering up to 70.000 guests, with 2000 staff members. In his role as the operational manager of the Hong Kong Royal Yacht Club he manages the full hospitality operations for the 14.000 members. Jacco demonstrated effective leadership skills in 12 countries on 3 continents, adapting to ever changing environments.
