Thomas Faith (Philadelphia – USA, 1958) is the TLC group’s senior manager for E-commerce and CRM. After obtaining his Ph.D. in economy at Krannert Business School, Purdue University, Indiana, U.S.A., Thomas taught economy and strategy at several American and Dutch universities. As a scientist, he carried out fundamental research into the relation between pricing strategy and capacity investments, strategic decision coordination, and deregulation. After Thomas decided to pursue a career in trade and industry in 1996, he has been involved in all aspects of database marketing and direct marketing. For instance, Thomas set up the entire direct marketing strategy, infrastructure and operation for several companies, including Digital Equipment, RVS Insurance and Center Parcs Europe.
