Developing destination ‘Holland Naturally’
NBTC (www.holland.com) is the National Tourist Board of The Netherlands. Their mission is to generate more incoming and domestic tourism in the Netherlands in order to strengthen the Dutch Tourist industry. It is a destination marketing organization that develops thematic and/or regional destination marketing campaigns for key origin markets, which are executed in close collaboration with the relevant public and private stakeholders of the involved region or theme.
Our Assignment: Developing the new tourist destination ‘ Holland Naturally’ involving the 20 Dutch National Parks, historical landscape organizations and other relevant stakeholders. Floriade 2012 was used as main theme for launching this new NBTC thematic tourist destination . The project involved:
